Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SPJ2 Computer Repair, we aim to provide high-quality computer repair, technical support, and digital services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Service Payments

All payments made for:

  • Computer repair services
  • Technical support
  • Virus removal
  • Software installation
  • Remote support
  • Diagnostics
  • AMC or IT services

are considered service-based payments.

Since services require time, technical labor, and resource allocation, refunds are limited as described below.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The service has not yet started, or
  • The issue was not resolved and no meaningful service was delivered, and
  • The request is made within 24 hours of payment

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The service has already been completed
  • Remote support has been provided
  • Technician time has been used
  • Diagnosis or troubleshooting has been done
  • Digital services were delivered
  • The problem was caused by hardware failure or third-party software

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Diagnostic fees
  • Remote support sessions
  • Software installations
  • Virus or malware removal
  • Data recovery attempts
  • Website, hosting, or digital services
  • Parts or hardware once installed

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a service before it starts by contacting us.

Once work has started, cancellation will not be eligible for refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email:

support@spj2computer.repair

Include:

  • Your name
  • Payment receipt
  • Date of service
  • Reason for refund request

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action if services were already delivered.
